The eight bar gets some logo love.
What’s the greatest logo of all time? Fast Company asked 5 of the world’s top graphic designers to weigh-in. Armin Vit, co-founder of design firm Under Construction, chose the instantly recognizable “eight-bar” IBM logo created by design legend Paul Rand in 1972. Vit said of the logo, “In terms of longevity, this is one of the few logos that can go on for as long as civilization exists.” We agree, it’s a keeper.
