Digital satellite company, Sky Italia is pioneering this change in the way Italians watch TV by using social data to give them more bang for their subscriber buck…er…euro. Viewers can watch what they want, when they want it. Then tell the world what they thought of it. In return, they get real-time personalized messages and offers.
